General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Our School as part of a Catholic Multi Academy Trust is required to keep and process certain information about its employees and pupils in accordance with its legal obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We may, from time to time, be required to share personal information about our employees or pupils with other organisations, mainly the DfE, Local Authority, other schools, academies and educational bodies.

We have a Trust wide GDPR policy in place to ensure all staff and governors are aware of their responsibilities and this outlines how the school complies with the core principles of the GDPR.  The Trust policy can be found at the link below:  (Use Key Information / GDPR Information tab at the top of the NPCAT website)

Our school sets out how it manages the personal data of both its employees and pupils in the following privacy notices:

Privacy Notice for Pupils and Families

Privacy Notice for Staff

Further information can be obtained about our approach to data protection by contacting the school's Data Protection Lead as follows:-
